What's in store?

Sushi from the best Czech and international masters, live demonstrations on the main stage, and a slice of Japanese culture you won't find anywhere else in the country.

    Live knife work, tuna butchering and nigiri made by masters right in front of you.

  • Endless tastings

    Dozens of sushi restaurants from across the country in one hall. Taste, compare, decide.

  • Japanese culture

    Taiko drums, tea ceremony, calligraphy, origami and martial arts demos all weekend.

  • Sake & drinks

    Guided tastings of sake, Japanese whisky and beer led by sommeliers.

  • For the whole family

    A kids' sushi workshop, a cosplay zone and a programme that keeps the youngest busy too.

  • Vote for the best

    You decide which sushi restaurant in the country is genuinely the best.

Voting

Who makes the best sushi in the country?

You decide. During the festival you'll be able to vote for your favourite sushi restaurant directly in our festival app. The winner takes the title on the main stage on Sunday afternoon.

    Work the stands and try what each restaurant brought.

  2. Vote

    Cast your vote in the app. One visitor, one vote.

  3. The result

    We announce the winner on Sunday at 17:00 on the main stage.
